Released January 28, 2026
Version 4.0 introduces a new Clause Library built for governed reuse. Legal operations teams can publish preferred language, manage fallback positions, and understand how clauses perform across active negotiations.

- Usage analytics by agreement type, legal entity, and negotiation outcome
- Preferred and fallback positions stored together with drafting guidance
- Filters for governing law, risk category, language, and review status
- Impact review for active drafts that contain an older Clause version
Improved
- Search now matches defined terms and phrases within Clause text
- Template editors can pin a Clause to the latest approved version or a specific version
- Clause insertion records the identifier and version in Matter activity
- Bulk import reports invalid metadata before publishing any content
Fixed
- Preserved paragraph formatting when inserting a Clause into a numbered list
- Corrected duplicate results caused by overlapping category and tag filters
