Version 4.2 brings Playbook guidance into the redlining workspace. Reviewers can compare a proposed term with the preferred position, see approved fallbacks, and identify escalation rules without leaving the active Turn.

Added

• Playbook suggestions beside supported clauses during review
• One-click insertion of an approved fallback position
• Deal-context checks for value, term, governing law, and agreement type
• A reason field when a reviewer proceeds outside Playbook guidance

Improved

• Change groups now keep rewritten sentences together for a single accept or reject decision
• Clause suggestions show the current Clause Library owner and review date
• Matter activity identifies which Playbook version informed a completed Turn
• Clean preview loads earlier while large documents are still processing comments

Fixed

• Resolved an issue where a moved comment could remain attached to deleted text
• Corrected section numbering after accepting multiple nearby insertions
• Prevented duplicate reviewer notifications when a Turn was returned near its deadline
